When do you pray?

When do you pray?
updated: Sunday 25-10-2009
WE were once preparing for the convention, so I went out on inspccurn. 1 got home so tired that I just called my wife and children for a few sentences of prayer. One of them looked at me wondering why the prayer was so different that night. I just used my authority as a father and husband to make everybody comply. We hardly finished praying before I fell on my bed without removing my clothes. Fifteen minutes into my sleep, my wife ran into the room to wake me up. I wondered why she had to wake me up. I wondered why she had to wake me up, knowing that I was very tired. She then broke the news one of the people who volunteered to work in preparation for the convention had just died, while working. To make the matter worse, the person came from my village.I didn’t remember tiredness when I sprang out of the bed and ran to where this dead lady was. I began to pray) the kind of prayer I didn’t bargain for I bound 1 loosed I prayed in tongues. I prayed in my understanding. I quoted the scriptures. After one hour, God spoke to me. He said He thought I was tired. I ..... up with a new spirit and said Lord I wasn’t tired at all. He told me that I should send away the prayer warriors that had gathered to pray with me to raise this dead woman because He wanted to talk with me alone. So I asked all the other people to go to bed. As God kept talking with me, this woman woke up from the dead as if she merely fell asleep.“And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me. Ps. 50 v 15.The master key of prayer will penetrate territories of death to bring back to life every dead thing in your life. This key will turn your troubles around so much that your sorrow will become joy, your crying will become singing, your worries will become peace, your lack will become abundance, your little will become much and your tears will become laughter.Instances That Demand Prayer.1. Pray when God reveals His will and plans to you.“For thou, a LORD of hosts, God of Israel, hast revealed to thy servant, saying, I will build thee an house: therefore hath thy servant found in his heart to pray this prayer unto thee.” 2Sam.7 v 272. Pray when the righteous arc few among God’s children.“It may be the LORD thy God will hear all the words of Rahshakeh, whom the king of Assyria his master hath sent to reproach the living God; and will reprove the words which the LORD thy God hath heard: wherefore lift up thy prayer for the remnant that are left,” 2Kgs. 19 v 43. Pray when God’s people sin against Him.“Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, their prayer and their supplications, and maintain their cause, and forgive thy people which have sinned against thee.” 2 Chr. 6 v 39.
